This sweet treat takes minutes to make and will keep you feeling fuller for longer

Vanilla and berry protein pancakes

Recipe

  • Two eggs
  • One banana
  • One scoop of vanilla whey protein
  • Handful of fresh berries
  • Teaspoon of coconut oil
  • Tablespoon of honey (optional)

Method

  1. Blend the eggs, banana and whey protein powder in a food processor
  2. Heat the teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan on a low to medium heat, then pour the mixture into the pan to create multiple pancakes
  3. Cook each batch for 45 seconds on each side, flipping delicately
  4. Serve in a stack, topped with fresh berries and honey (if preferred)
