Try this turkey mince and bacon muscle pot

This turkey mince and bacon muscle pot is chock-full of protein, super cheap and delicious

Ingredients (Serves 4)

– 400g turkey mince

– 6 rashers of lean bacon, chopped

– 1 red onion, diced

– 1 tsp cumin

– 1 tsp garlic pepper

– 1 tsp hot sauce

– Salt and pepper

 

Method

1 – Place uncooked bacon pieces in slow cooker and stir in turkey, onion, and all seasonings

2 – Give it a light olive oil glaze. It will taste good and keep your turkey from sticking to the pot

3 – Cook on high for five hours

4 – Serve with potatoes (preferably mashed)
