  • 6oz salmon steak
  • Two tablespoons olive oil
  • Three tablespoons soy sauce
  • Three tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • Two tablespoons onion soup mix powder
  • One tablespoon sweetener
  • 100g steamed veg


  1. Mix the olive oil, sugar-free ketchup, sweetener and onion soup mix in a plastic sandwich bag
  2. Pop in the salmon, cover the fish and leave to marinate for one hour
  3. Grill the salmon on a medium-high heat for five minutes each side and serve with steamed veg
