Parchment-baked salmon recipe

This fish recipe is tasty, simple and Bulletproof...


  • 2x 230g centre-cut wild salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • Sea salt
  • One tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh herbs (such as chive, parsley, or dill)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


  1. Preheat oven to 150°C
  2. Place salmon on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet
  3. Rub fillets with MCT oil, season with sea salt, and top with butter
  4. Wrap parchment around the fish, folding seams and tucking them to ensure steam does not escape
  5. Bake until fish is medium-rare (about 18 minutes)
  6. Sprinkle with the herbs and a squeeze of lemon
