Super Oats

Use Ollie’s super oats to fuel you throughout a busy day’s training. It's delicious, and quick and simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 60g mixed oats
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g blueberries
  • One tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ scoop Protein Dynamix DynaPro Anytime

Method

  1. Heat the almond milk to a simmer and add the oats.
  2. Lower the heat, then stir until the oats thicken, stirring in the DynaPro Anytime.
  3. Top with the peanut butter and blueberries.
  4. Double up or triple the portion sizes and store in the fridge for reheating after training.
