Use Ollie’s super oats to fuel you throughout a busy day’s training. It's delicious, and quick and simple to make.
- 60g mixed oats
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100g blueberries
- One tablespoon peanut butter
- ½ scoop Protein Dynamix DynaPro Anytime
- Heat the almond milk to a simmer and add the oats.
- Lower the heat, then stir until the oats thicken, stirring in the DynaPro Anytime.
- Top with the peanut butter and blueberries.
- Double up or triple the portion sizes and store in the fridge for reheating after training.
