Let’s be honest, we never liked that coconut water. Cactus water is tasty, has been enjoyed in Mexico and South America for centuries, and is getting popular with health-conscious types. It’s full of vitamin B, C, iron and magnesium, and it strengthens the immune system.

The new quinoa: Freekeh
Great, another grain we can’t pronounce (FYI it’s freak-ah). This cracked wheat is lower on the GI index than most grains, so it’s ace for steadying blood sugar levels. It’s low-carb, low-fat and high in protein, fibre, calcium, iron and zinc. Basically, it’s good for you.
