Almond and vanilla protein shake recipe


  • Two tablespoons of almond butter
  • ½ cup of low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tablespoon of coconut oil
  • One scoop vanilla whey protein
  • Two cups of almond milk
  • Handful of ground almonds and/or mixed seeds


  1. This protein-rich shake is as simple as combining all the ingredients in a blender and mixing
  2. To make it thinner or thicker, add or reduce the amount of almond milk respectively
  3. Finish with the ground almonds and/or mixed seeds
